Ingredients:

  • 34-36 pieces of Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 sachet of Eno, optional
  • 2-3 tbsp of milk
  • ¼ cup of sugar
  • 2 tbsp of cocoa
  • ½ cup of water

Directions:

Step 1

Separate the cream from each chocolate biscuit, then put them in separate bowls, and set the cream filling aside. Put the cookies in a food processor, then add a cup of milk, and grind for about 1 minute. Transfer to a mixing bowl, then add the Eno, and mix until well combined. Grease the round cake pan with oil or butter, then pour the cake batter and spread until nice and even. Place a large pot on a stove over medium-low heat, then place a wire stand inside, and preheat for about 5 minutes. Place the cake inside the pot, then let it cook for about 35 to 40 minutes, or bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 to 35 minutes. After cooking the cake, set it aside and let it cool down completely.

Step 2

Get the bowl filled with the cream filling, then add 2 to 3 tablespoons of milk or less if you want a thicker consistency, and mix them together until well combined and incorporated. Place a saucepan on a stove over medium heat, then add the sugar, cocoa, and water, give them a good stir and cook until thickened. Unmold the cool cake, then trim off the top, and divide it into 2 layers. Place the top layer of the cake at the bottom, then brush some sugar syrup, and spread the cream layer. Place the second layer of cake on top, then pour the chocolate glaze all over the top, and spread it evenly on the sides. Let it rest for about 5 to 10 minutes to set, then use some leftover cream for a birthday message at the top of the cake, and top it with a cherry or any fruit of your choice.
