Join the 3 pieces of fabric (A, B, and C) right sides together making a long rectangle. Sew with a 0.4-inch allowance. Open the seam and press with an iron.
Cut 2 pieces of 2.8″ length of wave ribbon, then sew on the middle of A and B for both rectangles.
Place it right side down and trace the fish pattern on both rectangle fabrics. Leave a 1.4″ gap. Secure with pins.
Cut 2.4″ of rope and fold it in half. Place inside the two fabrics with the ends on the mouth of the fish. Sew along the lines but leave the gap. Once done cut the fish leaving 0.2″ allowance on all parts except for the gap. Make a 0.4″ allowance on the gap.
Cut on the curved parts and pull the fabric out. Once done, fill it with microfiber padding using a tweezer. Then sew the opening.
Sew the beads on both sides for the eyes. Then place the keyring on the top and you are done.
