These lemonade bombs are the coolest summer trend I’ve seen yet, and the most refreshing! Let’s Stella really nailed it with this recipe. This might just be the drink of the summer. They make the perfect addition to any lunch, tea party, or just your everyday routine. I will definitely be keeping some of these on hand all summer for when the company comes over.
In a hot pan, melt your isomalt. Do not stir it. It will melt completely, just move the pan around a bit.
Combine sugar, corn syrup and water in a pot. Start to boil this on medium heat, allowing the sugar to melt. Boil it to 300 degrees.

Pour the syrup you made in steps one and two into your molds. Using a round mold is best. If you want to add color to the shells of the lemonade bombs, add it in this step. Be sure to spread the syrup quickly because it will harden fast. you can create multiple layers of the shell as well if you want it to be thicker
Remove the shells from the molds and pour a spoon full of lemonade powder into the shells.
Heat up a frying pan again and heat up the edges of the other side of your shell then connect it to the half with lemonade mix inside.
