This recipe by Tasty is our go-to meal whenever we have a busy week. Not only is it fast to make, but it is also delicious and filling. Everyone in my family loves this dish, even the kids. Load it with cheese, and it will be gone in just a few minutes.

This recipe only requires a couple of basic ingredients. You can find most of them in your local grocery stores. Usually, we cook the spaghetti noodles in a separate pot, but you don’t have to do that with this recipe, as it will be cooked in the same skillet with the sauce. It will save you energy and time from washing pots and pans. Make this dish for dinner, and I am sure it will be a hit.

Add olive oil in a 12 inch skillet and place over medium heat.
Once hot, add the ground beef, onion, and taco seasoning. Break down into pieces and cook until the meat is browned and the onions are soft and translucent for about 3 to 5 minutes.
Mix in the tomato paste and diced tomatoes. Add the spaghetti noodles and water. Mix and bring it to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover with the lid, and let it simmer for 15 minutes or until the pasta is cooked through.
Remove from heat, then sprinkle half of the cheese into the pan. Stir to combine. Top with the remaining cheese and cilantro. Serve and enjoy!
