I was scrolling through the internet and put the brakes on when I saw a picture of this amazingly exquisite item!

I absolutely love poinsettias that are made out of fabric. There’s something so rich and elegant about the way they look and that’s exactly how I would describe the DIY project she does in this tutorial. She does a table runner with spectacular patchwork techniques!

No wonder she compares this to a cathedral window. I think you’ll agree when you see it finished…I certainly do! I just love how this table runner looks like it’s 3D!

I simply had to have one of these for my table this year and now that it’s finished I find myself going in and looking at it throughout the day. It truly is a masterpiece, in my opinion. I just adore it and I’ll bet you if you made one for someone to give it as a gift to, they would absolutely flip!

I’ve been thinking, if I have enough time, I’ll make one for my daughter’s beautiful dining room table. I just know she would love one.

This lady from Textil Colemenar shows how you can create this lovely quilted poinsettia table runner.  The dimensional poinsettia looks complicated but it’s actually quite easy to sew.

Since I lover experiments, I’ve alwaysnloved to create, paint, as well as cook and style food. I feel in love with DIY as soon as I discovered it and could not have been more excited when I learned I could share projects with people around the world. Taking photos is a passion of mine, as is design and painting with oils. I love holidays and celebrations, crafting cute little gifts and serving up at least one new recipe I am excited about.
