Watch the video tutorial below to learn how to make this.
Take four at a time from your charm pack, grab your ruler, put it anywhere you want on the stack, and cut it. For the middle strip, take your ruler again, move it on the 1-inch line on the fabric, and cut. Now, separate your cut charm packs into two stacks, then set aside the other stack. To your sewing machine, place the strip on top of the angled piece, leaving an extra at the top and bottom, then sew along the edge with a 1/4″ seam allowance. Then, slide another piece under, leaving again an extra space (about half an inch), and sew. Continue this until you have four, then clip them apart and press them open.

After this, go back to the sewing machine and continue to chain piece the other half of the stack. Cut them apart after sewing, then press them open. After this, trim the excess strip from the top and bottom. Now, assemble your quilt top. Lay ten blocks for your row and 12 blocks down to make the quilt top, then sew them all together.
