Ingredients:

  • 2 cups heavy cream, chilled
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3/4 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/4 tsp table salt
  • 1/8 tsp green food coloring
  • 4 Oreo cookies, crushed coarse

Directions:

Step 1

Add 2 cups of heavy cream right into the blender and blend it until soft peaks (about 20 seconds), then continue for another 10 seconds until it gets to stiff peaks. Next, add 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk, 1/4 cup light corn syrup, 1/4 cup whole milk, 2 tbsp sugar, 3/4 tsp peppermint extract, 1/4 tsp table salt, and 1/8 tsp green food coloring. Stir everything together until combined, then blend for another 20 seconds.

Step 2

Once done, transfer the mixture to a loaf pan, then sprinkle 1/2 cup of chopped chocolate Oreo cookies. Stir it in to get it nice and incorporated. Cover the ice cream with plastic wrap with the plastic touching the surface directly. Once done, place the ice cream in the freezer and let it set for six hours.
