The balls are made from a mixture of dates, walnuts, cocoa powder, milk, and coconut oil, then coated with melted dark chocolate with peanuts. Not only are they delicious but they also have the perfect crunchy texture because of the nuts. You won’t stop munching on these treats until they are all gone.

These chocolate balls do not require any baking. You will only use your stovetop to melt the chocolate. If you don’t have a stovetop, you can definitely use your microwave. Just make sure to use a microwave-safe bowl. Everyone will surely love these chocolate balls as they are super tasty and addicting!

Remove the water from the soaked dates and place them on your chopping board. Remove the pit or seed on each piece. Cut them into smaller pieces.
Add the chopped dates into a blender followed by the ground walnuts. Blend until well combined. Transfer to a bowl.
Add 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, and a splash of milk(optional) to the mixture, then mix until well combined using a rubber spatula. It should form into a dough. Place in the fridge for half an hour.
Remove the dough from the fridge. Wet your hands with water, get a little bit of the mixture, form into a ball, then make an indent on the center. Place a couple of chopped nuts into the indention then cover with the sides. Form into a ball again and place on a plate. Repeat with the remaining mixture. Place them back in the refrigerator.
Melt the dark chocolate using the double boiler method. Mix until smooth. Add the chopped walnuts then mix until well coated.
Coat each balls with the melted chocolate, then place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
