Start by cutting a 50 cm cord, then folding it in half.
Take the ends of the cord and insert them into the wooden ring, then between the cords and pull to make Lark’s head knot.
Use a clip or string to hold the other side of the ring. It will make the process easier.
Loosen your lark’s head knot, take the right side, and wrap it over three times. Do the same with the left side. Pull and push up. Pull again and push up. You are going to end up with something that looks like in the photo below.
Rotate the wooden ring, and repeat the whole process 7 more times.
Cut the ends and leave a little bit showing. If you want to hang it, simply insert a string and tie the ends together.
