This keto cheese bread has zero carbs, and that’s amazing if you are trying to watch your diet.  Joe Duff – The Diet Chef on YouTube shows how to make cheese bread with only 3 ingredients. Cheesy breadsticks are one of my favorites, but it can be really fattening if you eat a lot of them. They’re so addicting to eat, but this recipe saves the day. It’s incredible how it looks like bread, but there are no carbs in this recipe. It’s a quick recipe to follow, and easy to make without hard instructions.

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese block (shred it yourself)
  • 1 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 pinch of Italian seasoning

Directions:

First, preheat the oven to 350F. Add the eggs to a large bowl and whisk together. Then, add shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Add in your seasonings and stir until a crumbly consistency form. Form the cheese mixture into a ball of dough.

Next, grab a tin and add water to the bottom of the pan so once parchment paper is placed, it stays in place. Coat with nonstick baking spray and add the cheese ball. Overall, this would be an easy recipe to make if you’re wanting to eat fewer carbs and have a little guilty eating these instead of cheesy breadsticks. Although I love my carbs, I wouldn’t mind making this recipe once in a while because I believe the cheese flavor from this bread would be very flavorful. Serve this marinara sauce or keto pizza sauce.
