I like wearing white socks and they are my favorite color to wear because they are so easy to match with anything, but when an inevitable event happens, such as walking in muddy streets, dealing with dirty splashes of water, and similar mishaps, white socks can be difficult to wash. If the dirt is not tackled immediately and is left to set for a couple of days, those white socks become harder to wash.

Put the dirty socks in the basin, then add a squirt of dish soap but not too much or it will foam a lot, and pour in the hot water. Add some detergent and fabric stain remover, then give them a good stir, and let the socks soak for at least 1 hour or up to overnight. Once done soaking, throw it in the machine, and wash it as you usually would.
