Step 1

Grab a lighter, then turn it on, and heat the bottle along the neck in an up-and-down bottle. Next, slowly turn the bottle around while heating the neck continuously, and after a while, you’ll see the cork slowly rise.

Step 2

Once the cork starts rising and you see a fair amount of it out of the bottle, you can turn off the lighter, and just wait for the bottle to make a popping sound and let the cork release completely on its own.
