Materials:
- avocados
- ziplock
- lemon juice (or lime juice)
Directions:
Step 1
Slice the avocados in half, and take out the seed and the skin. Cut the avocados into uniform pieces and place them on a tray. Spread the avocados across the tray evenly and then sprinkle a generous amount of lemon juice (you can also use lime juice).

Step 2
Freeze the tray with the avocados in the freezer. After it got frozen, take out the tray and scrape the avocados off the tray using a scraper. Make sure to separate the avocados that got stuck to each other. After this, put the avocados on a big ziplock. Place it in the freezer and just take out portions whenever you need them.
