How to Make Lasagna in a Crockpot

The time has come for another crockpot recipe that is very quick and easy to prepare. Tasty meals don’t always have to be complicated and time-consuming especially nowadays with the help of crockpots, you can now enjoy a meal that’s prepared faster but still tastes as good as store-bought versions. Of all the lasagna recipes I’ve tried and tasted, this is one of my favorites! As always YouTuber Smokin’ & Grillin’ wit AB never disappoints and always makes quality recipes that you can make easily and are fail-proof. So get your crockpots ready and let’s get cooking!
Ingredients
- 10 ounces (3 cups) Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 3 ounces (about 1 cup) Parmesan Cheese, shredded
- 16 ounces Ricotta Cheese
- 3 tbsp. Half and Half
- Favorite seasoning
- ¼ tsp Salt
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 large Egg
- 6 cups (45 ounces) Meat Sauce
- Lasagna Noodles, uncooked
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
Directions:
Step 1
In a pan, place and cook the ground beef, then add your favorite seasoning and black pepper, cook it until it turns brown. Pour the meat sauce over it then mix. In a large mixing bowl, start breaking the ricotta cheese, break and add the egg, as well as the half and half, then mix until well-combined. Season it with salt then continue mixing.

Step 2
Start assembling the lasagna on a crockpot by scooping the meat mixture onto the bottom of the pot. Top it with an adequate layer of lasagna noodles (you can break some pieces to make it fit and cover the whole sauce), spread the ricotta cheese mixture on top, and sprinkle with shredded parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and olives. Repeat the layers two more times, then start cooking it in a high setting for about 3 hours.
