Measure the width of the foam, which is 17.7″, then add the thickness 1.6″ and 0.4″ seam allowance. The total length 19.7″.
Put the measuring tape around the foam vertically and add 7.87″. This will be 34.6″ plus 7.87″, a total of 42.47″.
Cut the a 19.7″ x 42.47″ rectangle and 4 strips measuring 2.8″ x 21.6″.

Fold 0.4 inches on both sides of the strips and press with an iron. Fold in half with the wrong side out. Sew the ends with a 0.4-inch seam allowance. Once done, pull the right side out and press the fold. Sew the sides together with a 0.1-inch allowance.
Sew the edges of the 19.7″ x 42.47″ fabric with a zigzag stitch. Once done, make two 0.4-inch folds on both sides of the width.
Cover the foam with the fabric, one end should cover 1/3 of the foam. Secure the ends with pins and remove the foam. Flip the fabric and sew the top and bottom edges with a 0.4″ allowance.
Fold the corner into a triangle and measure 1.6″ along the bottom. Put the end of one strip inside the triangular corner and sew. Cut the excess tip and sew a zigzag stitch. Repeat the process for the remaining corners. Once done, pull the right side out and insert the foam.
