El Conchinito is a small family restaurant in Silver Lake, California, where they make simple, authentic Cuban food.  The owner of El Conchinito is Daniel Navarro who is the grandson of the restaurant’s founder. Daniel won first place in the 2018 Cuban sandwich festival in Tampa because these sandwiches are so delicious and completely the real deal. This authentic Cubano sandwich that Daniel shows us how to make is not difficult at all, I had always thought that the Cubano was a very long drawn out ordeal, but this recipe is easy and leaves you with some delicious pork roast leftovers that you can eat for a week.
