Step 1
Fold the bottom of the pants inside. Next, start by inserting the needle under the folded part of the pants, then push it up through where you want the start point to be. After this, run the needle through the same point, and then out to the spot near in front of the start point. Just before pulling the needle all the way, bring the thread around the needle first, then pull the needle through.
Step 2
Run the needle again on that same spot where you finish pulling, then just repeat the process until you reach the other edge. Once you finish, run the needle through the loops backward, then pull the thread tightly until no thread is visible. Insert the needle through the last stitch, then lock it under.
