Start by preheating your oven to 400F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Lay the bacon side-by-side on the prepared tray. Make sure they are not overlapping.
Place inside the preheated oven and cook for about 10 to 20 minutes or until it’s reached your desired level of crispiness. At the 10 minute mark, check the bacon. Some ovens cook faster so keep an eye on it. Rotate the bacon once to make sure it is evenly cooked. Once done, remove from the oven and transfer the crispy bacon slices on a plate lined with paper towel using tongs.
If you are rendering the bacon fat, line a fine mesh sieve with paper towel. This will remove the small bacon bits from the fat. Place the sieve over your container, then pour the bacon fat from the sheet tray into the sieve. Cover it and refrigerate.
