It’s easy to make, only needs a few ingredients, and looks gorgeous – it will make your dinner table fabulous. I love the ice ring recipe that keeps the drink chilled all night; it will definitely save you trips from the fridge. Try this now and see for yourself! 

Ingredients:

  • 1 (12 fl oz) can frozen cranberry juice concentrate
  • 1 (12 fl oz) can of frozen pink lemonade concentrate
  • 1 (6 oz) can frozen limeade concentrate
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle white wine, chilled
  • 1 L carbonated water, chilled
  • 2 (750 ml) bottles of champagne, chilled
  • 1 lemon, sliced, for garnish
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint, garnish

Ice Ring:

  • 1 – slices of lemon
  • 1 cup of cranberries
  • 1/2 cup of mint leaves
  • 4 cups of water

Directions:

Step 1

In a bundt pan, add slices of lemon, 1 cup of cranberries, 1/2 cup of mint leaves, then pour 4 cups of water. Put it in the freezer and let it freeze completely. In the meantime, make the punch. Add 12 fl oz cranberry juice concentrate in a large punch bowl followed by 12 fl oz frozen pink lemonade concentrate, 6 oz limeade concentrate, one bottle of white wine, 1 L of carbonated water, and two bottles of champagne.

Step 2
