If you want it to be spicy, you can add jalapeno seeds or cayenne pepper. But if not, leave them out. This is a quick and easy sauce recipe as it does not require much preparation. The first time I tried this sauce was in a Mexican restaurant and I absolutely loved it, but this homemade version is much better. Make sure to give this a try – you will surely love it.

Note: you can use cayenne pepper if you want to control the spiciness.
Remove the stems and seeds of the jalapenos and add to a a food processor or blender.
Add a bunch of cilantro, followed by the smoked paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, garlic cloves, mayo or sour cream, yogurt, cheese, and juice of a lime.
Blend until smooth and creamy. Make a taste test and adjust the seasonings based on your preference. Mix again.
Transfer to an air tight container and keep in the fridge for five to seven days.
