Taco Tuesday just got a whole lot more interesting when I found this fried stuffed tacos recipe tutorial by Kay Creates on Youtube. Kay has come up with such a winning idea, I can hardly believe my luck. When I first saw this recipe I thought it looked amazing and really delicious. It looked so perfect, I assumed that the taco envelopes were hand made from scratch dough that you would have to roll out and cut. The best part of this recipe that really blows my mind was the fact that you use a package of store-bought flour tortillas to make these delicious morsels. You just use a magical mixture of cornstarch and water to seal you delicious stuffed tacos up before you deep-fry them. Believe it or not, that cornstarch paste makes the most wonderful edible glue you will ever find!
