Apply a generous amount of shaving foam all over the windshield until well coated, then wipe it clean with a microfiber cloth, and keep wiping until cleaned thoroughly. This trick however only works once or twice, and it will leave an unwanted film on your windshield which is also difficult to remove. An alternative that you can try is using rubbing alcohol, you can dilute the alcohol by mixing 50% of it with 50% water, or you can use it full blast if you want. Spray it on a paper towel, then wipe the foam away, and you’re done! You can also just use this trick alone and skip the shaving foam.
