Ingredients for Valentine Cupid Chow:

  • ½ cup of creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup of butter
  • 1 cup of milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 9 cups of Chex cereal
  • 2 cups of powdered sugar
  • 1 cup of M&M, red and pink
  • Sprinkle of your choice

Step 1

Add the peanut butter, butter, and chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, then heat them in the microwave for 1 minute at 30-second intervals, and stir them until melted, creamy, and combined.

Step 2

Add the vanilla extract, then stir them, and set the mixture aside. In a large bowl with a cover, add the cereal, then pour the melted chocolate mixture over it, and cover the bowl securely.

Step 3

Shake it until evenly coated, then sprinkle the powdered sugar, cover, and shake it again until nicely coated. Add the M&Ms and sprinkles, then serve, and enjoy!
