Step 1
Cut the steak into strips, then add them to a bowl, and add the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, minced ginger, Adobo seasoning, black pepper, and cornstarch. Give them a good mix until evenly combined, then cover, and put them in the refrigerator to marinate for about 30 minutes. While waiting for the meat to marinate, prepare and cut the veggies, in a large mixing bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, soy sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper until uniform, and set the sauce aside.

Step 2
Place a wok on a stove over high heat, then add the olive oil, and place the marinated steak in batches to not overcrowd the pan. Arrange them in a single layer, then sear them well for about 1 minute, flip them over, and cook for 1 more minute until nice and brown evenly. Add some more oil to the pan, then add the minced garlic and ginger, and saute them for about 1 minute to infuse the flavor to the oil.
Step 3
Crack some black pepper and continue to cook them for a couple more seconds before adding in the onion and bell pepper, then saute them over high heat, and season them with more salt and pepper. Saute them for about 4 minutes or until the veggies have softened a bit, then pour in the stir-fry sauce, and give them a good toss. Add the cooked meat back into the pan, then mix them together, and serve immediately. Enjoy!
