These chicken wings are perfectly marinated in soy sauce and the flavors are perfectly balanced, the meat is super tender, too! Step 1
In a large bowl, add the oyster sauce, white pepper, garlic powder, vegetable oil, cooking wine, sesame oil, garlic salt, and soy sauce, then whisk everything together until combined and uniform.
Step 2
Add the clean chicken to a separate large bowl, then pour in the sauce, give them a good toss until evenly coated, and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour or overnight.
Step 3
Generously grease the air fryer basket or baking sheet of an oven toaster with nonstick cooking spray, then add the marinated chicken in a single layer, and cook them at 400°C for about 8 to 10 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
