Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add the cut-up turkey necks, then season them with salt, pepper, granulated garlic, and any other seasoning of your choice, and give them a good mix until well coated. Place them in a plastic bag in batches, then sprinkle in some flour, and give them a good shake until coated evenly.
Step 2
Place a Dutch oven on a stove over medium-high heat, then heat the oil, and sear the chicken in batches until nice and brown. Transfer the seared chicken on a plate, then in the same pot add the sliced onions, add a bit more oil if needed, and saute them until softened.

Step 3
Add about 4 to 6 tablespoons of flour and cook them until lightly browned, then pour in the chicken stock, and add in the chicken base as well. Stir everything until combined, then add a dash of Worcestershire sauce, and season them with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Stir them and cook for about 5 minutes, then put the fried turkey back into the pot, and put them in an oven preheated at 350°F. Allow them to cook for about 2½ hours or until tender, then serve, and enjoy!
