Place a large skillet over heat and add the meat with the onion. Season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder. Cook until browned. No need to drain the meat unless you use a very fatty beef.
Add the marinara sauce and water. Stir well and set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, beat 2 eggs with a fork, then mix in the ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese. Stir in the salt, parsley, and garlic powder.
Separate the lasagna noodles into 4 piles.
Spray your slow cooker with nonstick spray. Start by adding 1.5 cups of the meat sauce mixture for the bottom layer, followed by 4 to 5 lasagna noodles. You can break them and stack them together.
Next, add 1.5 cups of meat sauce, 1/3 of the cheese mixture, then layer 4 to 5 lasagna noodles. Repeat these 3 layers two more times.
Add the remaining meat sauce, then top with 2 cups of mozzarella cheese.
Cook on low setting for about 4 hours without opening the lid.
Once done, sprinkle parsley on top. Serve and enjoy!
