  • 15 oz can crushed fire-roasted tomatoes
  • 10 oz can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies)

Step 1

Chop the bacon into smaller pieces, add them to a heavy-bottomed pot, and cook them until brown and crispy. Once done, remove the bacon, leaving the bacon grease, then add the ground beef and chopped onion. Break the meat and cook them until browned. Next, add the minced garlic, stir until fragrant, then add a 15 oz can of crushed fire-roasted tomatoes, a 10 oz can of Rotel, an 8 oz can of tomato sauce, 1/2 cup beef broth, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 2 tsp hot sauce, 1/2 tsp kosher salt, and 1/2 tsp ground black pepper.
