  • 15 oz can crushed fire-roasted tomatoes
  • 10 oz can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies)
  • 8 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 – 2 tsp hot sauce (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Step 1

Chop the bacon into smaller pieces, add them to a heavy-bottomed pot, and cook them until brown and crispy. Next, add the minced garlic, stir until fragrant, then add a 15 oz can of crushed fire-roasted tomatoes, a 10 oz can of Rotel, an 8 oz can of tomato sauce, 1/2 cup beef broth, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 2 tsp hot sauce, 1/2 tsp kosher salt, and 1/2 tsp ground black pepper. Mix well, bring to a simmer, then simmer the sauce for ten to fifteen minutes uncovered.
