Easy-to-Make Fudgy Skillet Brownie

Ingredients for Skillet Brownie:
- 1 log of refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
- 18 Oreos, plus more crushed for topping
- 1 box of brownie mix, plus ingredients listed on the box
- Vanilla ice cream, for serving
- Warm chocolate sauce, for serving
How to Make a Skillet Brownie:
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F, then grease an oven-safe skillet pan with a nonstick cooking spray, and transfer the cookie dough to it. Spread it evenly to the bottom of the pan while pressing it down gently, then add a layer of Oreos on top, and set it aside. Prepare the brownie batter according to the package instructions, then pour 2/3 of it over the Oreo layer, and then sprinkle the crushed Oreos on top evenly.
Step 2
Place it in the preheated oven, then allow it to bake for about 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted at the center comes out clean and the brownie layer is slightly gooey. Once done baking, remove the skillet from the oven, then let the brownie cool for at least 20 minutes, and top it with vanilla ice cream and drizzle with chocolate sauce. Serve and enjoy!
