Ingredients:

  • 350g or 0.77 pounds of jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ½ tsp of salt
  • ½ tsp of black pepper
  • ½ tsp of paprika
  • 1 tbsp of oil
  • 4 tbsp of butter, divided
  • 4 tsp of minced garlic
  • 1½ tsp of red chili flakes
  • 3 tbsp of freshly chopped parsley, reserve 1 tbsp for garnish
  • 2 tsp of lemon juice

Directions:

Step 1

Clean and devein the shrimp, then add them to a mixing bowl, and season them with black pepper, paprika, and salt. Give them a good mix, then set them aside, and allow them to marinate for about 15 to 20 minutes. Place a pan on a stove over medium heat, then add the oil followed by the butter, and allow it to melt before adding in the marinated shrimp. Cook the shrimp for 1 minute, then flip them over, and cook for another minute.
