In this video tutorial, you can learn how to make a DIY version of a fire pit using some old car tire rims. This is very easy to build and you can also ask for help from your family or friends if you don’t think you have the right skills for this, and if you do, then don’t worry because this project only requires basic power tools.

Step 1
Remove anything on the tire rim that shouldn’t be there or are flammable such as the cap at the center as well as the tubes on the sides.
Step 2
Put the rim on top of each other, their sides should be facing, and mark the center of the body for the opening of the fire pit as demonstrated in the video tutorial.
Step 3
Cut it out and smoothen the edges, then weld them together, and place them on top of a metal drum or any similar object for the stand. You can also make a DIY stand for your fire pit.
Step 4
Now, split up some small pieces of wood, then put a few inside the fire pit, douse a piece of cloth with some gasoline or similar flammable liquid, and toss it inside the fire pit.
Step 5
Add a few more pieces of wood over the cloth but make sure to allow space for the air to pass through, then light it up, and your fire pit is done!
