There are a lot of yummy dishes that you can choose from when planning for dinner, but if you want something simple, and guaranteed will never fail, then you better try a good old baked BBQ ribs. It is a timeless dish that is perfect to serve on any occasion, party, holiday, or even at an ordinary mealtime.

This dish is also very easy to prepare but offers a taste that is better than any takeout or restaurant. Baking it in the oven makes everything easier, too, it takes away more effort and hassle from you, plus, it makes your kitchen smell incredibly wonderful. Step 1
Preheat your oven to 275°F, then line a baking sheet or roasting pan with aluminum foil, and set it aside. Remove the membrane or white part at the back of the ribs, use a paper towel to get a better grip on the membrane, and peel it off.
Step 2
In a small mixing bowl, add the smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and ground mustard, then stir them to combine, and sprinkle half of it over the ribs. Rub the seasoning to the ribs until coated, then flip it over, and season the other side with the remaining dry rub until evenly coated.

Step 3
Transfer the ribs into the prepared baking sheet, then cover it with aluminum foil, and place it in the preheated oven. Allow it to bake for about 3½ to 4 hours or until the ribs are tender, then remove it from the oven, and take off the aluminum foil.
Step 4
Brush the ribs with barbecue sauce, then put them back in the oven, and let them broil for about 3 to 5 minutes or until the sauce begins to bubble and caramelize. Serve and enjoy!
