Our hair is our crown and most of us love to wear our hair straight or tidy, especially for formal or other special events or occasions. But, if you don’t have naturally straight hair, then this must mean you would need to have your hair chemically straightened for longer effectivity, or you would have to use heat every time.

However, using heat excessively on your hair can cause damage and make your hair weak or brittle. The good thing is there are other approaches or alternatives to hair straightening that you can try and they don’t require heat to be applied. Check out this video tutorial by Patry Jordan English on YouTube to learn 4 simple no-heat straightening hacks!
Method #1
Remove excess water from your hair and leave it damp, then separate your hair in sections, and wrap each section in rollers in every other direction. Secure the rollers in place with clips or pins, then wait for your hair to dry completely, and carefully remove them one at a time.
Method #2
Remove excess water from your hair and leave it damp. Take a piece of hair at a time and wrap it around your head as shown in the video, then secure them with hair pins, and create a little bun at the crown section with the leftover hair. Wait for it to dry completely and remove the clips or pins.
Method #3
Part your hair in the middle section, then secure it with a few clips or pins, take one section, and wrap it around your head. Secure it with a clip, then do the same for the other section wrapping it in the opposite direction, and wrap your head with a towel. Wait for your hair to dry completely and remove everything.
Method #4
Bring your hair to one side, then tie your hair with scrunchies or loose hair ties, and make sure to leave no space in between each tie. Wait for it to dry completely and be patient because this will take a couple of house than the other methods. Once dried, carefully remove all the hair ties or scrunchies.
