Step 2
Prepare the filling, peel the potatoes, then place them in a saucepan or pot filled with water and some salt, and bring them to a boil until fork tender. Remove the pot from the heat, then drain off all the water, and transfer the potatoes to a bowl. Mash the potatoes, then add the mayonnaise, and mix them until well combined.
Step 3
Get the refrigerated dough, then transfer it to a surface lined with parchment paper, and place the plastic wrap on top. Roll the dough until 9 inches round in diameter, then place half of the shredded Mozzarella cheese in the center leaving about 2 inches of space around the sides, and top it with the mashed potato mix.
Step 4
Put the remaining cheese on top, then fold the edges together bringing them toward the center, and pinch them to seal. Flip the bread over and roll it very gently until 8 inches in diameter, then preheat a pan over medium heat, and grease it with some butter or olive oil.
Step 5
Place the bread in the hot oil, then cook it until the bottom is nice and golden brown, flip it over, and cook the other side until nice and golden brown as well., it may take 2 to 3 minutes per side. Serve immediately and enjoy!
