It consists of very fun and playful patterns that are easy to assemble, and to make this quilt, you only need 10-inch print squares, commonly called layer cakes. This quilt project is beginner-friendly and I bet that you can make this perfectly even on your first try.

Step 1

Sort out the light and dark print squares, then stack 4 squares together (1 light, 1 medium, and 2 darks), and line them up drawing the pattern as shown in the video. Cut out along the line, then do the same steps with 8 batik squares, and start switching all of the pieces.

Step 2

After pairing together different colors, stitch them back into a block, then press them nicely, and arrange the blocks together as demonstrated in the video. Stitch the blocks to each other and finish your quilt however you like.
