Whenever I eat a yummy hot fudge pudding cake, I get reminded of good old childhood memories when my Grandmother used to serve it for us. It’s a very delicious dessert, plus it’s so easy and quick to prepare that you can even make this cake at the last minute.

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F, then in a large mixing bowl, add the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt, and whisk them until uniform and combined.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, add the milk, butter, and melted chocolate, then whisk them well until incorporated, and add it to the flour mixture.
Step 3
Add in the nuts and vanilla extract, then fold them in until evenly combined, then generously grease an 8-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray, and transfer the batter to it.
Step 4
Spread it evenly, then mix the brown sugar and cocoa powder until uniform, and sprinkle them over the batter.
Step 5
Pour the boiling water on top until covered and make sure not to stir, then place it in the preheated oven, and allow it to bake for about 45 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
