These meatballs are incredibly flavorful, meaty, and super cheesy, pretty much everything you’d ever want in a dish. You can serve this on cookouts, gatherings, picnics, parties, or even on an ordinary day, surely this will make any mealtime instantly better.
Step 1
Place the tortilla in a Ziploc bag, then crush them with a rolling pin, and transfer them to a large mixing bowl. Pour the milk into the crushed tortilla, then allow it to sit for about 10 minutes to soften the chips. Once it has absorbed most of the milk, add the ground beef, jalapeño, cheese, paprika, garlic, and salt, then mix them all together until well combined, and scoop them into about ½ cup each forming them into balls.

Step 2
Place the meatballs on a plate or tray, then place them inside the refrigerator, and allow them to chill for about 30 minutes or until firm. Prepare and heat up your grill, then place the meatballs on the cool side of the grill, then close it, and let them cook for about 25 to 35 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Once cooked, remove the meatballs from the grill, then transfer them to a plate, and allow them to cool down slightly. Serve and enjoy!
