This grilled pork belly by Smokin’ & Grillin with AB YouTube is going to be one of the best recipes that you’ll ever try! It has a delicious caramelized and smoky flavor, plus, the pork is super juicy and tender, and they are grilled to crispy perfection. Just the sight of it will make your mouth water but you’ll be impressed by how equally good it is, you might not even want to stop eating.
Step 1
Cut the pork belly into medium-sized chunks, then transfer them to a large mixing bowl, and add the mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Mix them all together until well coated, then sprinkle a generous amount of all-purpose seasoning or to taste, and continue mixing them together until combined and coated. Prepare wire racks, then place the seasoned pork belly all over them in a single layer, and place them in the preheated grill.

Step 2
Allow them to cook at 275°F for about 3 hours, then after an hour and a half, check the pork’s tenderness, and once done grilling, remove them from the grill. Allow them to cool down for a little bit, then remove them from the rack, and transfer them into foil pans. Add the butter and sugar all over them, then cover the pan with foil, and put them back into the grill.
Step 3
Let them cook for about 1 more hour, then transfer everything that’s in one foil pan into the other so that they’re in a single container, and then brush a generous amount of BBQ sauce all over them. Put them back on the grill, then allow them to cook for about 15 more minutes, and serve. Enjoy!
