My family and I love biscuits and it’s something that we often eat, and although we also use and find canned biscuits convenient, nothing beats those that are freshly baked! So, I decided to try and make them from scratch, and that is when I found this recipe and video tutorial by Ken Click on YouTube. What I love about this version is that it’s so easy to make and you can cook it on your stovetop, plus, it only requires at least 3 ingredients to make.

It also only takes about 12 minutes or less to cook, so you don’t have to worry about having to wait for long just to be able to eat it. You can learn the steps by reading the instructions below and be sure to check out the video tutorial as well for more details. I hope that you love this recipe as much as I did. Enjoy cooking!
Honey Butter, optional
Step 1
Line your work surface with wax paper and add the dusting flour to it. In a mixing bowl, add 2/3 cup of flour, then grate the cold butter over it, and gently stir them until each piece of butter is coated. Pour in the milk, then continue to stir until a sticky dough forms, and transfer it to the prepared wax paper.
Step 2
Coat the dough with the flour, then gently press it down, and fold it. Do this a couple of times, then cut the biscuit out into pieces. Place them in a skillet pan, then cover the pan with the lid, and turn the heat to medium-low. Once the skillet begins to warm up and form steam, turn the heat down to low, then let the biscuits cook for about 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 3
Flip the biscuits over, then cook the other side for an additional 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown, and turn off the heat. Leave the biscuits covered in the pan to continue cooking with the remaining heat for about 3 more minutes, then in a small bowl, mix the butter and honey until incorporated, and serve it with the biscuits. Enjoy!
