Step 1

Grab an old towel, then cut it to size as demonstrated in the video, roll up the cut edges, and stitch it as you go. Fold it up leaving about 2 inches at the top headspace as shown in the video.

Step 2

Cut the velcro into small pieces, then hot glue them on the edges, and then place the mop on top of the towel. Bring the edges together over the mop, then secure them with the velcro, and use the mop as usual.
