Materials for DIY Fruit Coolers:

  • Cooler
  • Spray paint, white primer, dark pink, pink, and green
  • Scissors
  • Foam sheets
  • Hot glue gun and glue sticks
  • Painter’s tape
  • Dark green craft paint and brushes

How to Make DIY Fruit Coolers:

Step 1

Spray white primer paint on your entire cooler until completely coated, then let it dry, and then remove the lid or cover it with painter’s tape.

Step 2

Spray paint the bottom of your color with a dark pink color, then work your way up, and then spray short bursts from the top of your cooler aiming it slightly downward to create an ombre look.

Step 3

Spray the lid with green paint, then re-attach it to the cooler or remove the painter’s tape, and then paint stripes across the lid using dark green craft paint. Cut out the seeds from the black foam, then glue them around the cooler, and you’re done!
