Making DIY projects is a hobby I picked up on during those times when I was stuck at home and didn’t know what to do. A single project became two, then it continued to build up until I got to a point where I had a craft room built where I keep all of my sewing and crafting materials. I never regret crafting as a hobby because it’s a great way to pass the time when you want to take your mind off of something, or you simply want to put random items that you own to good use so that they don’t go to waste.

Since it’s already the Fall season, it means it’s time to start working on Fall-themed projects, and my most recent favorite is this one by aryam6582 on TikTok. This DIY project idea uses materials that you can easily find from the nearest Dollar Store or even order online if you don’t feel like going out. This is pretty easy to make and the technique used is simply smart, you can also be a bit more creative and make your design of this pumpkin light, and you can even make it smaller or larger!

Materials for Dollar Tree Pumpkin Light:
- Fall table scatter acrylic decor
- Balloon
- Bowl
- Hot glue gun and glue sticks
- Scissors
- Fairy lights
How to Make Dollar Tree Pumpkin Light:
Step 1
Inflate the balloon, then place it on a bowl with its round side up, and place a plastic flower at the top center.
Step 2
Get another plastic flower, then dab some hot glue on the side, and stick it to the side of the plastic flower you put at the center of the balloon.
Step 3
Keep adding more pieces using the same steps until you’ve covered the entire balloon, then set it aside, and let the hot glue dry completely.
Step 4
Gently remove the balloon from the bowl, then cut the balloon, carefully remove it, and discard.
Step 5
Place fairy lights inside the pumpkin shell, then light it up, and put it upside down on a shelf or any surface you want it placed.
