I’ve always wanted to build a chicknic table ever since I saw one on the internet, it’s basically a feeder for chickens but it’s shaped like a picnic table, and it’s so adorable that you’d just want to look at your chickens eat all day!

Surprisingly enough, it’s very simple and easy to build, and you don’t even have to use any special tools for this to work. You can even just use scrap wood pieces and make them into any size that you want. Watch the video tutorial by Redleaf Ranch on YouTube now!
Step 1
Gather the wood pieces that you’ll need and plan which piece you’ll use for specific parts of the table. Piece the 3 boards for the table itself, then connect them together by attaching a brace underneath and on both shorter ends.
Step 2
Cut the edges of the table straight, then measure the small pieces of wood for all sides of the table, and attach them with screws. Cut the pieces for the legs, then attach them to the brace underneath the table as shown in the video, and attach braces to the legs making sure that it has excess on both sides.
Step 3
Place a board on each side of the table and over the excess of the brace for the seats of the table, then attach them with screws. Fill the table with feeds and your chickens are now ready for a picnic.
