Materials for DIY Cabin Night Light:
- Cabin template, you can draw one or download it from the internet
- Wooden dowels
- Parchment paper
- Mini saw
- Marking pen or pencil
- Scissors
- Glue
- Paint
- A piece of wood, for the base
- Felt
- Sanding paper
- Lightbulb
- Tape
How to Make a Cabin Night Light:
Step 1
Find a template online and print it out or make one yourself similar to what they used in the video tutorial, then measure out the wooden dowel pieces that you’ll need, and cut them to size. Sand the edges of each cut dowel, then lay a piece of parchment paper over the template, and start adhering the wooden dowel pieces with glue.
Step 2
Let the glue dry completely, then cut the shapes out of the template, and tape them on top of their respective wooden pieces. Cut the excess dowels following the pattern taped on top, then prepare the base of the cabin as demonstrated in the video, and stain or paint everything as desired. Put all of the pieces together, then glue the roof pieces, and place a bulb inside the cabin before putting the roof on top.
