Ingredients for Sweet and Salty Crockpot Candy:

  • (16 ounces) bag of dry roasted peanuts
  • 1 (10 ounces) bag of lightly salted peanuts
  • 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • (4 ounces) German Chocolate, roughly chopped
  • (24 ounces) Chocolate-flavored almond bark, roughly chopped
  • (24 ounces) Vanilla-flavored almond bark, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup of toffee bits, divided
  • 1 cup of broken pretzel sticks

Get your slow cooker, then add the peanuts, chocolate chips, German chocolate, chocolate almond bar, and vanilla almond bar in that order, then cover the crockpot with the lid, and cook the ingredients on a low setting for about 2 to 3 hours or until completely melted. Remove the lid, stir everything together, and add 2/3 cup of the toffee bits followed by 1 cup of broken pretzel sticks. Give them a good mix, then scoop the mixture with a small ice cream scoop or drop 2 tablespoons into cupcake liners or wax paper, and then sprinkle each with the remaining toffee bits at the top. Allow them to cool down completely, then store in an airtight container or serve immediately, and enjoy!
