Ingredients for Crockpot Chicken and Noodles:

  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 tsp of garlic salt
  • 1 tsp of dried onion, minced
  • 1 tsp of black pepper
  • 4 cups of chicken stock
  • 2 (10.5 oz) cans of cream of chicken soup
  • 3 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 8 tbsp of butter
  • 1 cup of frozen peas
  • 1 (24 oz) bag of frozen noodles

How to Make Crockpot Chicken and Noodles:

Step 1

Clean and prepared the chicken breasts, then add them to the crockpot, and sprinkle the garlic salt, minced dried onion, and black pepper.

Step 2

Next, pour in the kitchen stock and cream of chicken soup, then add the sliced carrots and butter, and cover the crockpot with the lid.

Step 3

Set it to low and let it cook for about 4 hours or set it to high and cook for 2 hours, then remove the chicken, and shred it with a fork.

Step 4

Put the chicken, frozen noodles, and peas in the crockpot, then stir well, and cook for 1½ to 2 more hours or until the noodles are cooked through.
