Whenever I don’t feel like cooking or I don’t have much time to prepare food for lunch or dinner, I would always go and get my crockpot to let it do all the work! This is why I keep a lot of recipes that I can use whenever I need, and one of my all-time favorites is this one by Cooking With Claudia on YouTube. This delicious crockpot dish is so easy to prepare and it tastes so good that you just wouldn’t be able to stop eating it.

This is also a dish that is perfect for beginner or newbie cooks to try, and this a no-fail recipe so guaranteed that it will come out perfectly every time. If you want to give this garlic butter beef and potatoes tonight, then check out the full recipe below, and see for yourself. I’m sure that this dish will be a favorite of your family, too, just like mine!
Step 1
Place the meat in a slow cooker, then add the gold baby potatoes, minced onion, and minced garlic, and drizzle the olive oil over them. Season them with smoked paprika, cumin, chili powder, dried thyme, dried oregano, dried parsley, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Step 2
Mix everything well, you can use your hands in this part, just keep mixing until all of the meat is evenly coated. Add the Worcestershire sauce, then pour in the wine or use broth instead, and place the slices of butter all over the top.
Step 3
Cover the crockpot with the lid, then set it on high, and allow the meat to cook for about 6 hours. Once done cooking, you can skim off the excess oil if desired, then turn off the heat, and serve. Enjoy!
