I love Oreos and I always make sure that I have enough stored in my pantry for when I crave them or whenever I need them for a recipe. Just a few days ago, while browsing the internet for a good recipe that I can try, I stumbled upon this video tutorial by Qiong Cooking on YouTube, and to my surprise, it’s easier and more simple to make than I thought, plus, it only requires 2 ingredients, that luckily, I already have available! It turned out so delicious and I recommend that you try this recipe, too.

Ingredients:

  • 30 pcs or 2 packs + 5 pcs of Oreo cookies
  • 1¼ cup 2 tbsp of whipping cream

Directions:

Step 1

Reserve 5 pieces of whole Oreos aside for later, then for the rest of the Oreo cookies, separate the filling from the cookies themselves, and place them in different bowls. Crush the Oreo cookies until fine crumbs, then scoop 5 tablespoons of Oreo cookie crumbs into another bowl, and add 2 tablespoons of whipping cream. Mix them together until well combined and incorporated, then pour it into a 6-inch springform pan with the bottom lined with parchment paper, and press it down until nice and even.

Step 2

Add 1¼ cup of whipping cream to the Oreo filling, then beat them together with an electric hand mixer until combined and fluffy, and transfer it to a piping bag. Pipe the filling on top of the Oreo cookie base on the cake pan, then spread it smoothly and flatly, and dust the top with Oreo cookie crumbs. Repeat the layers until you’ve used up all the ingredients, then put it in the refrigerator to set for at least 3 hours, and decorate the top with the reserved whole Oreo cookies. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
