  • 2¼ cups of dark chocolate chips
  • 2¼ cups of white chocolate chips
  • ¼-½ tsp of peppermint extract
  • ½ cup of candy canes, crushed

How to Make Peppermint Bark:

Step 1

Grease a baking sheet with butter, then line it with parchment paper, and set it aside. Chop the dark chocolate, then melt it over a water bath, add the peppermint extract, and stir them to combine.

Step 2

Transfer the dark chocolate to the prepared pan, then spread it out evenly, and put it in the refrigerator to chill for about 15 minutes or until completely set. Crush the candy canes and set them aside, then chop the white chocolate, and melt them over a water bath.
