  • 1 cup of creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup of granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 large egg

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, add the peanut butter, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, and egg, then stir everything with a spatula until smooth and combined, and set aside. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then scoop 1 tablespoon of the cookie mixture, and roll it into a ball.
